2. Pricing & Quotes

Additional work will only be carried out with customer approval
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service

Unpaid invoices may result in debt recovery action
4. Service Limitations
We do not guarantee:

Complete removal of all stains

Restoration of damaged or worn fibres

Results affected by previous cleaning attempts
Some stains and odours may be permanent.
5. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe

Pets must be secured during the service

Customers must advise of any known hazards
6. Damage & Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee

Same-day cancellations may be charged in full

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or emergencies
